内容摘要：

Nitrenes are reactive intermediuates that are involved in diverse transformations especially in C-H bond amination. The highly electrophilic nature of nitrenes renders the C-H amination redox-neutural under operationally simple reaction conditions. The C-H bond amination/amidation via nitrene transfer may operate via three pathways (Figure 1). Nevertheless, asymmetric intermoleualr amination remains challenging given high activity of nitrene speecies. Discussed herein is C-H bond amination via both ionic and radical pathways, including development of nitrene reagents, methdology of asymmtric amination, and mechansitic elucidation of new reaction pathways. In additon, the amination systems has also been extended to asymmetric 1,2-difuctionalization of olefins and alkynes.

主讲人介绍：

李兴伟于1996年复旦大学获理学学士学位；2005年于美国耶鲁大学化学系获博士学位；2005-2006年在加州理工学院从事博士后研究。2006-2009年先后在新加坡南洋理工大学和美国Scripps研究所任助理教授。2010-2018年在中科院大连化物所任研究员。2018至今任陕西师范大学教授。在国内率先开展了铑催化碳氢键活化方面的研究。近期主要从事金属催化的不对称合成研究。共发表研究论文两百余篇，总他人引用1.9万余次，H指数为82。获得的荣誉和奖项有主要有中科院“百人计划”（结题优秀）、国家杰出青年科学基金（2015）、科技部“万人计划”科技领军人才（2018）、科睿瑞安全球高被引学者（2018、2019、2020年）。获得2024年度陕西省自然科学一等奖。2015年入选英国皇家化学会会士。
